Cross Linked Foam
T foam is chemically crosslinked polyethylene (PE)
foam. Our T foam is produced in continuous rolls resulting
in a foam product with uniform, closed cells and smooth skins
on both sides. T foam is also available in sheets.
 Irradiated
Crosslinked Foam
Qycell Irradiated (TI) crosslinked foam is a very fine-celled,
smooth skinned, irradiated crosslinked polyethylene foam,
with closed cells. Our foam is made of a clean and non-toxic
material.
 Crosslinked
PE Bun Foam
Qycell bun foam (TB) is a unique, closed cell crosslinked
polyethylene E.V.A. bun foam. TB has an extremely fine celled
molecular structure. Unlike other foams, TB foam is a skin-soft
and aesthetically pleasing material offering superior flexibility,
elasticity and resilience. Qycell’s bun foam is also
made of a clean and non-toxic material.
 Lamination
Lamination is one of our many specialties.
Our Lamination Engineers can work with you to develop a custom
made laminated product. We have the ability to produce sheets,
or rolls up to 4” thick and 72 inches wide. All of our
foam types and densities are compatible for lamination to
each other offering our customers a wide range of options
not available anywhere else. We can also laminate multiple
colors together to create a unique end product for our customers.
