Health Insurance Plan
- Qycell Corporation provides health insurance
for each of its full time employees and part time employees
who work 20 or more hours per week
Dental Plan
- Qycell Corporation provides dental insurance
to the employee.
Vision Plan
- Qycell Corporation provides vision insurance
free of charge to the employee.
Long Term Disability
- Qycell Corporation provides long-term
disability (LTD) insurance for each employee working 30
hours or more per week.
Life Insurance
- Qycell Corporation provides life insurance
coverage for each employee free of charge to the employee.
Supplemental Life Insurance
- Qycell Corporation offers employees
Supplemental Life Insurance. Coverage can be selected from
$10,000 up to $500,000 for the employee and/or spouse, and
either $5,000 or $10,000 for children. This insurance is
completely voluntary.
Vacation
- All full-time employees are entitled
to vacation time as follows:
- 1-5 years employment = 2 weeks per
year
- 6-10 years employment = 3 weeks
per year
- 11 + years employment = 4 weeks
per year
Holidays
- Qycell Corporation provides 10
paid holidays each year; 9 scheduled and 1 for the employee’s
birthday. The birthday holiday may be used at any time during
the year:
- January New Year’s Day
- Mar/April Good Friday
- May Memorial Day
- July Independence Day
- September Labor Day
- November Thanksgiving Day
- November Day after Thanksgiving
- December 24th
- December 25th
- Birthday Personal Time Off
(used anytime during the year)
